AFC Appeals for Funds

AFC Leopards Executive Committee under the chairmanship of Julius Ochiel is appealing to fans, members, wellwishers and government to come to its aid by contributing money to finance the forthcoming trip to Ethiopia on 28th February. In a press release dispatched to the website, the executive committee is asking for Kshs 1.5 million to buy return air tickets for the 25 member team set to travel to Addis Ababa for the return CAF Cup challenge against Ethiopia's Banks.The committee is asking all who care for Leopards to make deposits to the club account No. 01134120269800, Coop Bank, Moi Avenue. The budget will also cater for the teams camping expenses and allowances for the players. Meanwhile, the club has announced an Ingwe Nite on Friday 19th at Leopards Luna pub at Nairobi Railways club starting 6PM. Leopards Operations manager Gilbert Selebwa said that gate charges will be kshs 200 with all proceeds going towards the club's travel kitty.
