The Supporters of Leopards Ltd (SOLL), hereinafter referred to as the “Investment Company”, is an independent collective investment vehicle for like-minded and willing supporters of AFC Leopards Sports club, brought together by the love of the club as the common bond but has no legal association with the management of the club. It obtains its funding primarily through the acceptance of a variety of deposits from its members/shareholders.

The company harbours, among others, ambitions to invest in AFC Leopards Sports Club by pulling together funds to play a leading role in providing a sustainable financial solution to the financially unstable club with immense potential.

While investing in Leopards remains one of the ends dictated by the time when opportunity will arise, the company will invest its funds in a variety of ways to maximize investment earnings as viable means to the end With key emphasizes given to the development of Western Kenya-the bedrock of AFC Leopards.

Our investment objectives are strongly hinged on solid principles including but not limited to safety, interest rate risks, sovereign risk, liquidity and yield.

There are four categories of shareholdings with specific monthly minimums as follows; bronze Kshs 500, Silver Kshs 1,000, Gold Kshs 5,000 and Platinum Kshs 10,000. The investment will buy shareholders respective stake at Kshs 100 per share in conformity with the articles and memorandum of association.

Guided by a clear cut investment policy, the company will change the way business is done among the Leopards fraternity and provide a much needed template or business model to be emulated by the future generations in conformity with our clarion call “Investing in the future”.

Membership is however restricted to only registered official supporters of Leopards who shall fill the form on the homepage of this website and submit for more details.

Meanwhile, the company will restrict its official association with the club on corporate social responsibility (CSR) levels until the right time to make a bid, and urge shareholders to heighten their philanthropic engagement with the club.
